Train with Helen five times per week, either live or on demand, and experience a unique blend of structured programming that prioritizes your progress and results. Strength sessions are dedicated workouts designed to build muscle and improve endurance by focusing on controlled, progressive weight training and resistance exercises. These sessions not only enhance physical strength, but also improve posture, balance, and functional movement, making daily activities easier and reducing the risk of injury.

Conditioning workouts are a dynamic fusion of weight training and plyometrics, designed to boost strength, speed, and endurance. Each session combines powerful resistance moves with explosive, high-energy exercises to elevate your heart rate, enhance agility, and sculpt a lean, athletic physique. 

Sculpt sessions are a transformative blend of Pilates, barre, and deep core work. These sessions emphasise controlled movements and precise technique to tone, lengthen, and strengthen, helping you achieve a balanced, strong, and sculpted physique.
